Refund Policy
Subscription refunds and cancellations.
Free trial periods are offered as stated on the pricing page. No charge applies during an active trial unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
Paid subscriptions
Monthly and yearly plans are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion for billing errors.
Cancellation
You may cancel renewal from the School Account portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
UPI / manual payments
Payments verified manually are activated only after platform admin approval. Contact support for billing disputes.
